- Debt Information (Credit Card / Loan Account Numbers & Balances)
- Personal Information (Social Security Number, Address, Phone, Email, Salary, Pay Period, Employer, Occupation)
- Demographic Information (Age, Birth Date, Gender)
- Budget Information (Assets, Monthly Expenses, Other Income)
This information is stored to use in enrolling Users for Services and in providing Services to Users. The Counselors and we may use the data for Users who do not complete the online enrollment process for internal analysis and to contact the Users to provide information about the Services. This information is not shared with any other party.
DOES OUR WEBSITE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE?
We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. Our Website is not designed for or directed to children under the age of 13. Personal Identifiable Information from any person we actually know is under the age of 13 is not collected. We urge all parents or guardians to participate in their children's exploration of the Internet, and to teach their children about protecting their personal information while online.

Personal identifiable information about you as well as email address will be disclosed to third parties only as described in the Gramm Leach Bliley Act Privacy Notice of the CCA that will administer the services provided to you.

There is also some risk that others could find a way to thwart our security systems. As a result, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security and privacy of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
CAN I CORRECT MY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION?
You can always contact us to update, correct or delete your Personally Identifiable Information and email address or change your preferences with respect to communications and other information you receive from us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org_________. Such updates, corrections and deletions will not have any effect on the data that is maintained by the Counselors in connection with the Services.
